GOLDIN ASSOCIATES' PROFESSIONALS
Alois has over 12 years of finance and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, industrial, healthcare and media and real estate. He has performed extensive financial and business analysis, advised on M&A transactions and managed financial and forensic investigations.
Prior to joining Goldin Associates, Alois was a Manager in KPMG’s Transaction Services group in New York, where his work focused on due diligence review and investigation of business plans, projections and reported financials of public and private companies in connection with proposed transactions, active restructurings and potential restatements. He was responsible for designing and executing work plans for several substantial transactions in the healthcare industry. His restructuring experience included cash management reviews for a major public real estate company with more than $8 billion in debt.
At Goldin, Alois has focused on business plan development and cash management and monitoring for company clients and business plan review and diligence for creditor clients.
Earlier in his career, Alois was a financial analyst with UBS in its asset management group, where he provided financial reporting and control support for three of its flagship funds. Before that, he was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa. Alois has an M.B.A. from Stern School of Business at New York University, and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Africa.
