A maritime professional with over 35 years of restructuring experience, Randee Day has been designated one of the world’s most influential global maritime executives. She has expertise in restructuring, executive leadership, corporate governance and maritime finance.  She serves as a Senior Advisor to Goldin Associates and Chief Executive Officer of its maritime asset management affiliate, Goldin Maritime LLC.

Randee has extensive experience managing shipping entities and orchestrating deals relating to distressed shipping portfolios, including various classes of vessels and other maritime assets.  Notably, she advised General Maritime Corp., one of the world’s largest publicly-traded oil tanker companies, on its restructuring in bankruptcy.  She was previously the interim CEO of DHT Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded owner/operator of crude oil tankers, and before that, Head of Maritime Investment Banking at the Seabury Group, CEO of her own advisory firm, Day & Partners, Inc., and Division Head of JP Morgan’s Shipping Group.

Randee has sat on the Boards of Directors of TBS International, Ltd., Ocean Rig ASA, Excel Maritime and Eagle Bulk.  In these positions she served on numerous committees, including as Chair of Audit (DHT) and Governance (DHT and Eagle Bulk).
