Noah Solomon has over 13 years of advisory experience working with corporate executive and investment teams to analyze complex financial situations and devise and implement value-enhancing financial initiatives. Noah has worked across a broad array of engagements, including public and private capital raises, mergers & acquisitions, valuations and strategic business planning. Noah has played a key role in Goldin's maritime advisory practice, including raising capital for the acquisition of a cruise ship. Noah has also been integral in various Goldin restructuring, litigation support and financial advisory matters in other industries.
Prior to joining Goldin, Noah was a Director at GMP Securities, where he led the maritime investment banking coverage team with a particular focus on structured debt and equity financing opportunities. Before GMP, Noah served as a Vice President in the Global Industrials Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse, where he executed over 30 M&A and financing transactions for companies including General Electric, United Airlines, Space Systems/Loral Ocean Rig UDW and Dynagas LNG Partners. Earlier in his career, Noah worked in private equity at American Capital, where he coordinated portfolio company transaction due diligence and valuations.
