Jonathan E. Goldin
For over a decade, Jonathan has overseen firm operational and legal matters and played key roles in client financial advisory engagements relating to valuation, restructuring and governance.
Jonathan was previously a lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he focused on representing corporations, directors and officers in litigation relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law issues, regulatory inquiries and other complex civil matters. Before practicing law, Jonathan clerked for the Hon. Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Hon. José A. Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Jonathan is active in professional organizations, such as the New York City Bar Association (Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee; Puerto Rico Task Force; Litigation Funding Working Group), the American Bankruptcy Institute (NYC Bankruptcy Conference) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (NYC CLO Forum). His public service includes membership on the New York City Water Board (and its Joint Audit Committee with the New York City Water Finance Authority), the Commercial Division Advisory Council of the New York Court System and the Pro Bono Advisory Committee of the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
