Goldin was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the center during its bankruptcy, including developing operating budgets, monitoring construction projects and reviewing and approving capital expenditures, as well as matters relating to financial and operating restructuring. The real estate operations, which had been losing cash, were cash-flow neutral under Goldin oversight. |
